Such baler is mainly used in steel plants, reclamation, processing
industry and nonferrous &ferrous metal refining industry. Such
machines adopt hydraulic drives with manual or PLC automatic
control operation as options. The discharging types fall into
turning over, pushing out, forwarding out and manual lifting.

forward pushing) or manual pick-up.
3. Installation without foot screw , and using diesel engine as the
power if no power supplying.
4. Extrusion pressure from 125 tons to 1500 tons has more than a
dozen grades, the production efficiency is from 4 tons per shift to
100 tons per shift.

shape&size.

Q1:What’s the capacity of the baler?

capacity. Also we can suggest the suitable model according to your
capacity requirements.

A:Usually it requires 380V, 3 phase,50-60Hz.
We also can design different voltages according to your
requirement, such as 220V,415V, 450V etc. You just need to tell us
your voltage value before manufacturing.
Q3:How to Install ?
A:a.For vertical baler machines, no need to install. This kind of
machine is exported by complete unit.
b.For horizontal machines, we can provide installation service.
Installation and training are free, but our technician’s charges
of freight tickets, hotels and food etc are on your account.
Q4:What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?
