MW electromagnet is widely used in smelt, casting and transportation department. It
is a tool for conducting magnetic objects for carrying steel plate,
steel casting , steel ingot, ingot, scrap iron and steel.

Structure
Magnetic circuit is made of shell, iron core, out magnetic pole,
inner magnetic pole and absorbed. The magnetic circuit parts are
made of high quality steel and cast steel with low carbon
content.Double glass fiber enameled aluminum or aluminum oxide film
insulation with winding coil . Insulation material with H grade
heat resistance grade .Its use of high wear resistance of high
manganese steel. The inner and outer rings and the inner and outer
magnetic pole welding seal cast epoxy resin to increase the
waterproof, shock proof and insulation performance of the coil
Care and Maintenanc
Should regularly check whether there are cracks in the solenoid
enclosure.
If it is found that cracks should be welded in time.
2, Each class before use to check whether the normal connectors and
cables
Found abnormal should be processed in a timely manner
3, After long-term use, the insulation resistance of the
electromagnet will drop
Please use 500V shake table to measure the thermal state of the
electromagnet insulation resistance, should be more than 1M or
more, or should be repaired in time
4 The chain and a pin used for a long time, found that more than
10% wear should be replaced
5 After long-term use, the electromagnet is found to decrease the
suction, and the DC resistance of the coil should be checked. If
the rated value is not reached, the coil of the electromagnet
should be replaced.
6, Magnet for many years after the use of magnetic pole ground. If
the height of magnetic and non-magnetic plate h less than 10 mm,
should replace the pole
