Introduction of the baler machine
This hydraulic scrap metal machine is used to pack and extrude
various metal scraps with a thickness of less than 6mm into a
variety of qualified cuboids, cylinders and octagons. Metal scrap
includes metal chips, shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap
copper, scrap iron, scrap stainless steel profiles, etc. The baler
adopts PLC automatic control system, which can control the
operation of the machine through the liquid crystal display on the
electric cabinet. It is easy to operate and can be managed by one
person, which greatly saves labor costs. At the same time, the
motor of this baler is designed with two servo motors, which are
more energy-saving and power-saving than ordinary motors.
Y81 series balers are suitable for scrap processing and
distribution centers (bases), scrap car dismantling and
remanufacturing enterprises, steel and non-ferrous metal
industries, etc.
