This Y81 series 400-ton metal baler is customized according to
customer needs, mainly used for compression and baling of waste car
frames.
Y81 series hydraulic metal baler can compress all kinds of metal
scraps into cuboid, cylinder, octagon and so on. This machine has
high working efficiency, and the compressed bales are tight and
regular. It can not only reduce transportation and smelting costs,
but also increase the speed of furnace operation. This machine is
suitable for steel mills, recycling and processing industries, and
non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industries.
Features :
1. All models use hydraulic drive, or manual or PLC control.
2. Bale-discharging: "turn-out" package, and "push-out",
"forward-out" discharging can be choosed.
3. Variety of models to choose from: different pressures, material
box size, mass, shapes and sizes.
4. Where no power supply can be powered with diesel engine.

Y81 series hydraulic metal scrap balers is applicable in steel

industry to press metal scraps (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless
steel, discarded automobiles) into acceptable furnace charges
(shapes: cuboid, cylinder or octagon), so as to reduce cost of

A:a.For vertical baler machines, no need to install. This kind of
machine is exported by complete unit.
b.For horizontal machines, we can provide installation service.
