Product Description
The method is applicable to the disassembly and inspection of the
recovery bag block of the steel mill and the disassembly of the
large-sized bag block.The grab's stroke can be customized
acccording to the customer's reqyirements to complete the
disassembly of the package.
Working Principle:
The CBJ type hydraulic bale breaker supplies oil to the integrated
oil circuit through the hydraulic plunger pump, and then transmits
it to the hydraulic cylinder through the distribution manual valve
to generate power. The pressure can be adjusted to the required
rated value according to the actual situation (the rated value is
displayed by the pressure gauge). The hydraulic bag unpacking
machine is grasped and squeezed by a hydraulic manipulator, and is
decomposed many times to disassemble the bale block.
Main Components:

system, manipulator, butterfly beam, fuel tank, fuel pump and
electric motor.
