Introduction of the metal baler
This is our Y81 series metal hydraulic baler. This series of balers
is mainly suitable for steel mills, recycling processing
industries, and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industries.
The metal hydraulic baler can process all kinds of metal scraps,
including steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap
copper, scrap stainless steel, and scrap car shells. The hydraulic
metal baler can squeeze these scrap metal materials into
regular-sized scrap metal blocks, which is convenient for storage
and reduces transportation costs. The main cylinder pressure of
this double master cylinder metal hydraulic baler is 400 tons. Our
extrusion force ranges from 63 tons to 2500 tons. There are more
than a dozen levels for customers to choose from. At the same time,
the size of the compression chamber and the size of the metal bales
can also be customized custom made. Our Y81 series metal baler is
already one of the essential metal recycling equipment in the scrap
